REPORTS TO: Manager, Plumbing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our primary services include residential and commercial sanitary, or commercial line replacements, water heater replacements, commercial grease trap replacements, appliance or fixture repair or replacement a Inspect plumbing systems for leaks and other problems. 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. 
• Demonstrated understanding of [STATE] plumbing code
• Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.
• Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Strong time-management/organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Maintain a high level of integrity and make ethical decisions

 MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Master Plumbing License in the state of [STATE]
• 5+ years’ of commercial experience providing full-service plumbing replacement and repair.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a record of safe driving 
• Acceptable driving record 
• Ability to successfully pass drug screen, medical certification, and road exams
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
