Technician, Pipeline & Plumbing Install

POSITION SUMMARY 

Certified and Licensed in both Perma-Liner installation and Plumbing the Technician, Pipelining & Plumbing Install is a project-specific role responsible for providing full-service pipelining and plumbing removal and installation.    

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Follow safety rules and exercise safe work practice 
• Provide effective communication between customers and Wind River Environmental.? 
• Construction Duties 
• Sawcut interior of unit. 
• Jack hammer interior of unit 
• Hand dig the exterior sanitary line 
• Dry wall 
• Plastering 
• Vinyl siding 
• Painting 
• Plumbing Duties 
• Sanitary line 
• Boiler removal 
• Boiler reinstall 
• Pipelining Duties  
• Prepares, installs, and cures Perma-Liner product to pipes identified for repair. 
• Protect pipelining product and equipment and keep a well inventoried truck.? 
• Participate actively in all training exercises, team meetings, and safety discussions.? 
• Completion and submission of any and all required quote and service paperwork to management.? 
• Follow all Wind River Environmental service protocols.? 
• Must comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations?if applicable? 
• Must practice safe work methods to remain accident and injury free.?Must have the ability to recognize hazards inherent in routine and non-routine tasks and make adjustments to avoid loss, injury or accident.?? 
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to your job.? 
• Other duties as assigned by management????? 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

• Proven and Certified ability to perform Perma-Liner installation (inversion, main line installation, and Pull-in-Place) 
• Prior experience in plumbing, construction, and drain cleaning 
• Ability to safely operate construction equipment such as (but not limited to): shovel, pickaxe, jackhammer, wet saw, demo saw 
• Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.?? 
• Ability to read and interpret?documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.? 
• Ability to speak, cooperate?and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.? 
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.? 
• Basic computer?literacy including?email and?internet skills.? 
• Ability to perform basic math functions.? 

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS  

1. Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent 
2. Must have previous plumbing experience (5+ years) 
3. Must have previous construction and/or drain cleaning experience (1+ years) 
4. Perma-Liner Certifications in Inversion, Pull-in-Place, and Main Line Installation is required 
5. 4+ years of Perma-Liner installation experience 
6. Must have a valid driver’s license 
7. Acceptable driving record? 
8. Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment screenings and background checks as determined by position 
9. Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
