Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Saturdays

Position Overview

A well-established, nationally recognized residential plumbing franchise is seeking an experienced California C-36 Licensed Master Plumber to join its team in San Clemente, CA. This role combines leadership and hands-on work, serving as the license holder while actively working in the field and helping train and mentor journeyman plumbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the C-36 License Holder for the business, ensuring compliance with California regulations and local codes

  • Perform residential service plumbing work including troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, and installations

  • Lead, coach, and train journeyman plumbers through hands-on guidance and mentorship

  • Set the standard for professionalism, workmanship, and customer experience

  • Support quality control and provide technical oversight in the field

  • Assist with inspections, code compliance, and best practices

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, respect, and continuous improvement

  • Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism in every homeowner interaction

Qualifications

  • Active California C-36 Plumbing Contractor License (required)

  • Strong background in residential service plumbing

  • Prior experience as a license holder or RMO preferred

  • Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities

  • Excellent customer communication and service skills

  • Reliable, professional, and growth-oriented mindset
