Multidisciplinary Foreman - Sheet Metal, Piping, Plumbing

Are you a versatile and skilled Foreman in the realms of sheet metal, piping, or plumbing? Are you adept at navigating diverse projects, from installations to repairs, in various facilities?

If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a well-rounded technician proficient in sheet metal, piping, or plumbing, with the flexibility to navigate across these disciplines. While expertise in one area is beneficial, a willingness to learn and adapt in all areas is crucial. Moreover, a strong grasp of start-up technologies will be highly advantageous in our evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance in sheet metal, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project delivery within varying timelines.
• Interact directly with facility owners, providing updates and addressing concerns professionally.
• Utilize start-up tech knowledge to enhance project outcomes and streamline processes.
• Demonstrate a proactive, self-starting approach in managing tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in sheet metal, piping, or plumbing, with a willingness to learn and adapt across disciplines.

A strong understanding or experience with start-up technologies in relevant fields.

Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and client interactions.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Prior experience working with a variety of facilities and project scopes is a plus.
