The Part-Time Plumber will be responsible for performing plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures (sinks, toilets, pipes, water heaters, etc.)
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair solutions
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
Collaborate with other technicians and electricians on combined projects
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
Valid New York State Plumbing License (preferred or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience (commercial)
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Part-Time Position (flexible schedule; weekday and/or weekend availability preferred)
