Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Plumber Apprentice to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to learn the plumbing trade. Under the guidance of experienced plumbers, you will gain hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Carry and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes using specialized tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Learn and apply safety protocols, codes, and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems.
- Ensure the workspace is clean and organized after each task.
- Attend regular training sessions to develop plumbing skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Willingness to learn and follow directions.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina.
- Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- (Preferred) Prior experience in construction or a related field.
