Plumber - Plumbing, Heating, and Sprinkler Mechanic Needed

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3 years, minimum, experience working in the plumbing, heating, and sprinkler industry
• Experience and knowledge of all types of plumbing, gas service, and repair/jobbing work
• You MUST be proficient at pipe cutting and threading
• Experience with New York City Plumbing code for High-End plumbing alteration work
• Experience with New York City Sprinkler code for new construction, repairs to existing systems, and FDNY Hydrostatic & Flow testing
• Highly qualified in all phases of roughing and finish plumbing work a must
• Experience installing packaged and sectional gas fired steam and hot water boilers
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and servicing gas boilers is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Swift and accurate execution of all tasks
• Exceptional customer service skills

• Clean/Valid Driver’s License. Not currently suspended or revoked. Low/no points.
