Plumbing Supervisor – Maintenance

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Management of electronic water meter system
• Evaluate properties for proper plumbing and meters. Coordinate ordering of job materials, project timing and completion.
• Perform routine maintenance on water meters and electronic reader components.
• Perform plumbing repairs as required
• Oversee maintenance team to complete installation projects and equipment maintenance
• On call schedule for after-hours plumbing emergencies. A 40-hour work week, M-F 8 AM-4:30 PM.

Qualifications 

• 3 to 5 years’ work experience, preferably in the plumbing-related field.
• Proficient in iPhone/iPad (Outlook, Camera, Next Century, Google Earth).  Managing emails, MS office Suite, excel expertise in reporting data, and document storage.
• Ability to work flexible hours and perform duties in an orderly fashion under general supervision.
• Ability to travel overnight
• Valid New York State driver's license is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 75 pounds, operate necessary equipment, climb ladders to heights up to 25 feet.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting while driving to locations.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $110,000 Annually

Please note that the final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
