WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Field Oversight

• Supervise job quality, technician performance, scheduling, and inspections
• Handle escalations, resolve on-site issues, and ensure readiness for jobs

Operations Management

• Oversee scheduling, permitting, job flow, and workflow systems
• Manage vendor relationships, fleet readiness, and equipment

Team Leadership

• Recruit, onboard, support, and review employees; address discipline when needed
• Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and collaboration

Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional service delivery and manage escalated customer concerns
• Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and drive long-term strategy

While standard hours are 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, our Plumbing and HVAC General Manager must be available 24/7 for urgent matters, including job site issues, customer escalations, technician support, or operational emergencies. Flexibility during high-volume periods, staffing challenges, or municipal scheduling requirements is essential.

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING OUR PLUMBING AND HVAC GENERAL MANAGER:

• $85,000–$118,000/year (DOE), with potential for performance-based bonuses

• 10+ years of leadership experience in service/trades industries
• Proficiency with Service Titan, Slack, RingCentral, Google Workspace, and Monday.com
• Ability to lead teams, manage systems, and improve operations
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
