The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a rockstar Customer Service Representative (CSR) who’s ready to make a difference. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is nothing short of excellent. From answering inquiries to scheduling services, you’ll play a crucial role in our success. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering 5-star customer service with every interaction—because our customers deserve the best.
- Managing incoming calls, live chats, and emails to book appointments and address inquiries.
- Accurately entering customer information into our system to ensure seamless service.
- Following up with customers through happy calls, review responses, and even thank-you cards.
- Collaborating with the team to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Taking ownership of client satisfaction—start to finish.
Who You Are:
- A fast and accurate typist (45+ words per minute).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple screens and software.
- A stellar communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in everything you do.
- A team player who loves solving problems and exceeding expectations.
- Experienced with Service Titan CRM (huge plus).
- Familiar with the home services industry (bonus points!).
