What You’ll Do

• Perform residential re-piping and plumbing installations in customer homes
• Collaborate with the Installation Department to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and offering solutions
• Review work orders, follow daily schedules, and complete designated tasks
• Maintain fully stocked inventory for each job to minimize downtime
• Accurately document work performed in accordance with company procedures
• Mentor and guide apprentices or assistants, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on the job site

What You Bring

• 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of re-piping processes and best practices
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
• Physical dexterity to handle the demands of plumbing installations
