What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance calls in residential homes
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilets, faucets, water heaters, and common plumbing repairs
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, answer queries, and explain solutions to homeowners
• Accurately document completed work and prepare cost estimates as needed
• Respond to service call-outs in a timely manner

What You Bring

• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
