Plumbing/Mechanical Estimator

We’re partnered with a top-tier mechanical contractor in the Nashville market that is actively looking to add a Mechanical Estimator to their team due to growth.

• Develop detailed estimates for commercial mechanical projects 
• Perform takeoffs and assist with full-scope mechanical bids 
• Work closely with preconstruction, operations, and leadership teams
• Support bids across a wide range of project sizes ($5M - $20M)

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience
• Experience with piping systems; ductwork exposure is a plus
• Familiarity with estimating software 
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Motivated to grow into a multi-trade / senior estimating role
