Pay Range: 85,000 - $125,000 / yr +

Job Duties:

• Oversee and Manage of all Plumbing activities.
• Drive operational performance and compliance across all plumbing departments
• Hiring, Training, and own leadership of Plumbing Team Members.
• A Champion of leading a dynamic Sales Culture with a Growth Mindset.
• Conducts individual and departmental Performance Reviews.
• Ability to hold others accountable to company policies and procedures.
• Handles all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
• Able to Create, Establish, and Maintain a Safe Work Environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of Plumbing Management Experience in skilled trades or similar industries.
• 5+ years of in field plumbing experience required.
• Exceptional sales and business acumen.
• Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to many individuals consistently.
• The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.
• A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change.
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of Service Titan a PLUS but now required
