Trinity Air is a market leader in Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC services in the Atlanta area. We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced individual to join our growing and dedicated Plumbing Service team as a Plumbing Service Manager.

What You Will Do:

• Supervise all plumbing service activities
• Hire, train, and lead Plumbing Team Members
• Cultivate a dynamic, ethical sales culture that focuses on delivering value to customers
• Manage departmental P&L, with responsibility for hitting revenue and gross profit targets
• Conduct regular individual and team coaching and performance reviews
• Oversee dispatching to ensure the right techs are sent to the right calls
• Create and manage technician work schedules
• Review and approve department payroll
• Address customer requests, concerns, and service issues
• Build and maintain a positive work environment
• Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures

What You Need:

• Exceptional sales and interpersonal skills
• Residential Plumbing experience – Required
• 2+ years of management experience – Required
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen (as required by law)
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred

Compensation:

$80,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience
