What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues
• Collaborate with customers to identify optimal solutions for their needs
• Repair and/or replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures
• Charge and collect payments for work performed, following company policies
• Document and log job details in ServiceTitan, including pictures and work descriptions
• Maintain service vehicle and professional appearance

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience as a service plumber or plumbing apprentice
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screening
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot plumbing challenges
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new plumbing technologies and techniques
