Plumbing Specialist:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Plumber specializing in residential plumbing. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, a clean background check, can pass a drug test and a strong work ethic. We are a growing company that maintains high standards for quality work and dedicated, professional team members.

This is a position that will require someone with proven experience; we will not offer training on this.

We are looking for individual (s) who can recognize opportunities as they come and take advantage of them; not people who are okay with passing on projects. This is 100% commission.

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform residential plumbing rough-ins, repiping, and installations per project specifications and local plumbing codes.
● Ability to effectively perform cabling and hydro jetting services, gas and electric water heater replacements and repairs including tankless units, leak repairs, hose bib replacements, shower valves and trim kits, drain repairs, and more.
● Troubleshoot plumbing systems and effectively diagnose issues.
● Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
● Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
● Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in residential service work. (2 years minimum).
● Ability to work after hours and on the weekends for emergency calls.
● Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. You will be supplied with a company vehicle, so this is non negotiable.
● Clean background check and drug test.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
● Ability to Commute - Auburn, WA 98001 (Required)
