• Install and maintain water supply systems
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks)
• May Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
• Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems
• Produce neat, clean, and complete work, adhering to strict standards of excellence, including meeting or exceeding plumbing and/or mechanical inspector’s requirements
• Meet or exceed productivity standards set by the company
• Repairs and installs plumbing pipes, traps, washbowls, fittings, drains, sprinklers, backflow preventers, commodes, bathtubs, tank style and tankless style water heaters, disposals, water softeners and faucets
• Routinely turn in all paperwork and payments accurately and on time
• Maintain company vehicle in accordance with the Fleet Management Policy
• Participate in continuing education to best be able to serve our customers
• Provide friendly, accurate information to our clients
• Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
• Maintain personal appearance in accordance with policy, including wearing shoe covers in client’s home
• Work well within a team, sharing skills and knowledge with others
• Be helpful, proactive, flexible, and able to maintain a positive attitude
• Present invoices and collect payments as required by the company
• Provide excellent customer service by installing residential plumbing equipment, and offering friendly, accurate information to clients
• All other duties as assigned

• Must have at minimum two years of water heater service and repair experience.
• Tankless water heater experience highly preferred
• Have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual is a plus!
