In this role, you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the mechanical plumbing and HVAC industry for commercial construction. 

• Manage construction projects and generate accurate and timely construction documentation related to plumbing
• Perform cost analysis, billings, projections, and monthly financials
• Generate estimates and change order requests utilizing labor factors , estimating software, and historical data
• Ability to generate and review submittals, Requests for Information (RFI’s), closeouts, project scheduling
• Communicate as primary company representative in meetings with General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, & Clients

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience 2-5 Years of experience in construction industry with Plumbing experience
• Familiarity with BIM modeling/coordination as it relates to constructability of plumbing systems Microsoft 360, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Procore, Sharepoint, & Bluebeam

The role is longer term and can be contract to possible direct hire or direct hire.

Onsite South San Francisco CA

Pay range $90,000 - $140,000
