Job Responsibilities

• Plumbing System Repairs & Maintenance – Perform plumbing services for residential customers, including toilet repairs, faucet installations, water heater replacements, and common plumbing repairs
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Inspect plumbing systems to diagnose issues, identify the root causes of problems, and resolve them efficiently
  • Installations – Install and replace plumbing systems and fixtures, including sinks, faucets, toilets, and water heaters, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes
  • Customer Interaction – Engage with homeowners to explain plumbing issues, provide accurate cost estimates, and recommend necessary products or services
  • Code Compliance – Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes
  • System Inspections – Test plumbing systems for functionality, water quality, and safety
  • Documentation – Use Service Titan software to document job details, track materials used, and update work orders
  • Customer Service Excellence – Provide high-level customer service, including answering customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and leaving a lasting positive impression
  • Safety Compliance – Follow all safety protocols and ensure the plumbing systems are functioning safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience – 3+ years of residential plumbing experience, including repairs, maintenance, and installation of plumbing systems
  • Licensing – Valid plumbing license in the state of New Jersey
  • Service Software – Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
  • Customer-Focused – Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate plumbing issues and solutions in a clear and friendly manner
  • Problem-Solving – Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and efficiently
  • Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills to effectively explain plumbing solutions to customers
  • Attention to Detail – Strong attention to detail to ensure work is completed to code and high-quality standards
  • Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
