Residential Service Plumber

Jim Dandy Sewer & Plumbing has proudly served the Puget Sound area for over 115 years — and we’re still growing. We’re currently seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team. Candidates must hold a PL04 Plumbing License. We offer hourly or commission-based pay, depending on experience and preference.

Responsibilities Include:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems within homes and businesses
• Handle emergency plumbing services, including water line leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, and more
• Perform diagnostic assessments to identify issues with pipes, drains, water heaters, faucets, and other plumbing systems
• Provide estimates for plumbing repairs and communicate progress to clients clearly
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer comfort and system efficiency through recommended services or preventative solutions.
• Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes to ensure high-quality work and a safe working environment
• Maintain plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Ensure accurate documentation of all work completed, including photos, notes, and reports

• 4+ years of plumbing experience
• Minimum of PL04 Plumbing license
• Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Neat, clean and organized
• Great work ethic
