πŸ”§ Residential Service Plumber – Diagnose, Repair & Serve Homeowners

Is This You?

You’re the kind of plumber who can walk into a house, quickly diagnose the problem, and confidently explain the solution to the homeowner.

You enjoy solving problems, helping people, and getting paid for the value you bring to the table.

You take pride in your work, communicate well with customers, and enjoy the satisfaction of leaving a homeowner relieved that their plumbing problem is solved.

If that sounds like you, keep reading.

What This Role Looks Like

This is a true residential service plumber role, not construction.

You will run service calls, diagnose problems, present solutions to homeowners, and complete smaller repairs on the spot.

Larger installation jobs are passed to our installation team, allowing you to focus on diagnosing problems and serving customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing plumbing issues in residential homes
  • Explaining repair options clearly to homeowners
  • Completing plumbing repairs and smaller service jobs
  • Identifying larger plumbing projects and passing to the installation team
  • Delivering a five-star customer experience
  • Maintaining professional communication with homeowners
  • Following company standards and local plumbing codes

You will work closely with our service manager, who supports the team and helps ensure every customer receives excellent service.

Important: Please Read Before Applying

This is a residential service & sales plumbing position, not construction.

Our plumbers work directly with homeowners every dayβ€”diagnosing plumbing problems, explaining repair options, and performing repairs.

You must be comfortable:

  • Communicating clearly with homeowners
  • Explaining plumbing problems and solutions
  • Presenting repair options and pricing professionally
  • Delivering a five-star customer experience

This Job Is NOT For You If:

  • You prefer new construction plumbing
  • You don’t enjoy working directly with homeowners
  • You are uncomfortable explaining repair options and pricing
  • You prefer being told exactly what to install rather than diagnosing plumbing problems
  • You are not motivated by performance-based pay
  • You do not have experience working as a residential service plumber
