Dale Hardware, a member of ACE Hardware, and one of the largest independently owned and operated hardware retailers in the USA, is looking for service-driven Sales Associates across all departments.
Job Responsibilities:
Has a friendly and outgoing personality for this customer-facing, service-driven, and retail-oriented position.
Assists do-it-yourself homeowners, contractors and customers with finding products to fit their needs and project requirements.
Embodies our legendary customer service qualities and ensures customers have a positive experience while in the store.
Acts as a subject matter expert for all areas of hardware and home improvement, with particular emphasis on the assigned department.
Stocks and maintains product inventory on the sales floor and in the back rooms, utilizes technology and software to track inventory levels, product inquiries, and customer look up's.
Participates in our extensive sales, customer service, and product training sessions, programs, and lesson plans.
Passionate about hardware, home improvement, retail, and customer service.

Prior customer service experience, preferably in a retail hardware store or other hardware related industry.
Higher compensation for candidates with extensive product knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Tools, Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical or Garden.
