Requirements:
- At least five (5) years of proven Residential Plumbing Service experience.
- Must have valid driver's license and be insurable.
- Physically able to lift heavy objects if needed.
- Recommend and sell additional services.
- Strengthen customer relationships and showcase the company brand by understanding and exceeding their expectations at every interaction.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry advancements.
- On call every 4 weeks
- MUST be a culture fit: hungry, humble, smart.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and proficiently resolve diverse plumbing issues.
- Adhere rigorously to code requirements to guarantee the compliance of all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Actively participate in training opportunities for continuous professional growth and development.
- Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional.
- Ensure accurate completion of paperwork.
