Responsibilities:
Dispatch and oversee plumbing crews for service calls and installations
Coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs
Oversee installation progress and ensure high-quality workmanship
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
Follow up to confirm customer satisfaction and job completion
Handle scheduling changes, delays, or emergencies with professionalism
Maintain accurate records of jobs, schedules, and crew assignments
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to oversee crews and ensure accountability
Prior dispatch or operations experience (preferred, but not required)
Must be able to work full-time, in-house, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
