Compensation: $75,000–$180,000/year (trade, experience, and performance plan dependent)

Peakzi is hiring on behalf of a top residential home services company. We’re looking for high-performing service technicians who take pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and a great customer experience.

This is not an entry-level role.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential systems in your trade in occupied homes

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and present repair options professionally

• Complete work safely, to code, and with strong jobsite cleanliness

• Coordinate with dispatch and the team to deliver reliable, 5-star service

• Maintain a professional vehicle and jobsite standard

Requirements (to be considered)

• 2+ years of residential service experience (running calls in occupied homes)

• Licensed OR test‑ready (eligible to sit for your state exam within 90 days; varies by trade/state)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces/ladders

• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to pass background and drug screening (as required by employer)
