Plumbing Manager

Apollo Plumbing is seeking a full-time Plumbing Manager to oversee our service and installation teams in Marysville, WA. This full-time leadership role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 – $150,000 annually and the opportunity to drive operational success by ensuring high-quality service, efficient scheduling, and team development.

ABOUT THIS PLUMBING MANAGER JOB

This position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 7 AM – 5 PM. This allows for a structured workweek with weekends off.

In this Plumbing Manager role, you will oversee daily operations, providing leadership and direction to the Service Manager, Technicians, and Installation Crew. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating field staff, ensuring that all plumbing repairs and installations are completed to the highest quality standards and in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Managing workloads and schedules will be a key responsibility, allowing for the best utilization of manpower while maximizing company profitability. You will facilitate weekly meetings, set performance goals, and monitor progress while also addressing any customer concerns to ensure complete satisfaction. Safety is a priority, and you will be expected to enforce OSHA safety standards and promote a culture of workplace safety. Additionally, you will provide strategic insights on market trends, revenue opportunities, and operational efficiencies, helping to grow the business and enhance service offerings. Administrative tasks such as reviewing field technician paperwork, conducting personnel evaluations, and managing expenses will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
