What You’ll Do

• Perform residential home re-piping and plumbing installations
• Collaborate with the Installation department to ensure timely and accurate installations following company standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following travel schedules, listening to concerns, and solving problems
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job
• Document work performed according to company procedures
• Provide guidance and mentorship to assistants or apprentices
• Maintain personal tools and equipment, ensuring they are in operable condition
• Exhibit professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions

What You Bring

• 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience (required)
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test (as required by law)
• Physical dexterity to perform plumbing tasks effectively
